Yes — every single flavour is certified gluten-free. Our facility is dedicated to corn-based products only, so there's zero risk of cross-contamination with wheat, barley, or rye.
100% from three family-owned farms in the Oaxacan valleys of Mexico. We visit each harvest, and our farmers have been growing heirloom maize varieties for generations. We pay above fair-trade rates — always.
Baked, always. We fire them at high temperature in a stone deck oven — the same method used in traditional tortilla bakeries. It's what gives Croqueros their characteristic snap and keeps fat content lower than fried alternatives.
In the unlikely event they're not finished immediately: up to 5 days in an airtight container at room temperature. Pro tip — our resealable bags are designed to keep crunch locked in.
