Yes, student.inn is exclusively for full-time enrolled students. We'll ask for proof of enrollment during the application process.

Your rent covers the fully furnished and equipped room, all utility bills (electricity, gas, water), high-speed internet, use of the laundry room 24/7, monthly room cleaning, daily cleaning of common areas, ongoing maintenance, and unlimited access to all shared spaces — kitchen, lounge, study rooms, garden, and body & mind corner. No hidden costs, ever.
Common areas are cleaned every day so everyone can enjoy a spotless environment. Your room is cleaned once a month. If you'd like more frequent cleaning, you can add this service for an additional fee.
In many cases, yes — early check-in is available at a daily rate, subject to availability. Contact the residence team to check dates and costs.
Yes — all common areas, including the laundry room, are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, unless alternative hours are specifically advertised.

Your room comes fully furnished, so it's not necessary. You're welcome to add small personal touches, but we ask that you don't disassemble or remove existing furniture.
